Loveland Yoga Studio’s 200-Hour Teacher Training is an in-person, Yoga Alliance–approved program designed to help you go deeper—into yoga and into yourself. Whether or not you want to teach, this training is about growth, clarity, and connection. You’ll strengthen your personal practice, explore yoga’s philosophy and roots, and learn alongside a supportive community of like-minded people. With hands-on guidance from Bobby and Annavy Phelan, you’ll gain tools for self-care, confidence, and balance that extend far beyond the mat. Being great means inspiring students, teaching with passion, knowledge, and empathy. Mediocre teaching lacks connection and growth. You'll learn to engage, adapt, and lead impactful, transformative classes.

Commitments

To graduate, all trainees  must complete the following: 

  • Attend all 10 immersive Sundays (one absence is allowed)
  • Complete all weekly written assignments with a grade of 80 and above
  • Complete 30 additional yoga classes at Loveland Yoga 
  • Teach 3 Community Classes at Loveland Yoga 
  • Pass with a grade of 90 or above on the final exam

  • 8:00 am - 9:15 am - Meditation & Yoga Philosophy
  • 9:30 am - 10:30 am - Yoga Class
  • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm - Lunch 
  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - Anatomy & Physiology 
  • 1:15 pm - 2:00 pm - Teaching Theory 
  • 2:15 pm - 3:45 pm - Practice Teaching 
  • 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Yoga Class
