If you are brand new, our first suggestion is to try our Hot Class. This class moves at a slower pace, which allows beginners to focus on learning proper technique. It starts with fundamental poses, and then builds up from there, in a way that makes it easy for new students to gauge their progress. The warmer temperature also helps new students with flexibility.
That being said, all classes we offer are actually suitable for beginners. In every class, we teach our students to listen to their bodies and to adjust/modify the poses to suit their own needs. At any time during class, you have the freedom to take a breather or take a modified pose. Here, at Loveland yoga studio Our instructors are capable of teaching multiple poses at once in order to cater to where everyone is along their yoga journey.
