In every mediation class, our teachers first provide guided meditation. The guided portion is then followed by quiet time in order for the student to really be with themselves. You will learn how to break up disruptive thought patterns using various mindfulness and visualizations techniques. Loveland Acro Yoga is often called the Yoga of Trust. It is a partner based practiced where we work in teams to create fun and challenging poses. Students learn to support each other in their practice, to communicate effectively, and how to safely progress together within this exciting art form. Acro is also sometimes called the Yoga of Divine Playfulness. While most adults have lost their sense of playfulness, acro teaches us to rediscover and fully embrace that playful energy that exists in us all.
