All group classes are FINAL SALE and non-refundable including unlimited monthly memberships on auto-draft. If you purchase and schedule a group class and are unable to attend, you have up to 1 hour before your scheduled class to cancel. You may not share or transfer your purchased group classes, packages or specials with other accounts. All unlimited monthly memberships must be cancelled via email to heart@lovelandyoga.com stating the your name, email, and reason for leaving or through the Momence App. To receive credit for your class to use towards another Loveland Yoga class, you must cancel at least 4 hours prior to that class. All Packages expire after 6 or 12 months depending on the pack.
Refund policy for Workshops and Special Events
All Workshops and Special Events are final sale and non-refundable. If you purchase and schedule a Workshop or Special Event and are unable to attend, you have up to 24 hours to cancel. You may not share or transfer Workshops or Special Events with other accounts. To receive credit for your missed Workshop or Special Event to use towards another Loveland Yoga event, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior and speak to Loveland Yoga Management to assist with transferring your credit to your account.
