Start by heading to the “Schedule” tab to browse our classes and read through the descriptions so you can find the best fit. If you’re brand new, we recommend beginning with Hot Hatha or Yin Stretch.
Once you’ve chosen your class, click “Book Now” to reserve your spot, complete your forms, and submit payment. After that, you’re all set for class.
Bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and an open mindset. If you forget anything, we’ve got you covered with rentals and items available for purchase at the studio.
Mat + towel rental is $8, Manduka mat rental is $5, water bottles are $4, and Manduka ProLite mats are available for purchase for $115.
Wear whatever feels comfortable to move in, it doesn’t have to be traditional yoga wear.
If it’s your first visit, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can meet your teacher and get settled in.
