The Loveland Yoga Studio RYT 200 Teacher Training is our most comprehensive and unique program for deepening your understanding of yoga. Yoga Alliance approved andin person, we dive deep into the yoga world to help you find inner peace and a better understanding of what you want out of your life. Whether you're looking to begin a career as a yoga teacher or just simply take your personal practice to the next level, our training provides you with the strongest foundation from which to launch. You will learn to share the beauty and practice of yoga, inspire not only yourself but others, and find newfound self-confidence. It is time to take your life off of auto-pilot and start living to the fullest potential.
Each day includes fundamental lessons on philosophy, meditation, yoga anatomy, teaching theories, and of course, advancing your physical practice. Most importantly, our program allows you to tie everything together in a way that paints a clear, complete, and coherent picture. By the time you finish the training, you'll feel supremely confident in your knowledge of the practice and your ability to share that knowledge with others.

Commitments
To graduate, all trainees must complete the following:
Attend all 10 immersive days (Starting on Friday to Sunday)
Complete all weekly written assignments
Complete 30 additional yoga classes at Loveland Yoga
Teach 3 Community Classes at Loveland Yoga
Pass with a grade of 90 or above on the final exam
Daily Intensives Itinerary (10 Consecutive Days)
8:00 am - 9:15 am - Meditation & Yoga Philosophy
9:30 am - 10:30 am - Yoga Class
10:30 am - 12:00 pm - Lunch
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - Anatomy & Physiology
1:15 pm - 2:00 pm - Teaching Theory
2:15 pm - 3:45 pm - Practice Teaching
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Yoga Class
Intensive Dates: October 21, 2022- October 30, 2022
Investment: $3,500 for the entire program! Sign up at the Early Bird Rate of $3,000 by paying full tuition payment 1 month in advance! (By September 30, 2022). Payment plans are available for those at request via email. An initial deposit of $500 must be made to reserve your spot.
